Change in property management for some Reid-Hillview FBO parcels
Effective January 1, 2022, at the direction of the County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors, the Airport Department will be handling all aspects of the property and tenancy of all tenants located at Reid-Hillview Airport in FBO areas 1, 2, 5, 6 and 8 in the image below, including rent collection, repairs and maintenance, enforcement of the terms and conditions of the agreement, security deposit, and all other details concerning the property and your tenancy.
The County will make every effort to ensure that the property management transition is as easy and trouble-free for you as possible. It is our goal to provide an agreement with similar terms to those you currently enjoy. To ensure we have all the information necessary to execute a new month-to-month agreement, please complete the New Property Tenant Data Request. During the process, you will be asked to upload a copy of your agreement with your current landlord so that we may use it to ensure similar terms on your new agreement.
Once we have received your information, airport staff will be in contact to review the data and set up a new agreement. Our goal is to have all agreements completed by the second week of December, so it is imperative that we hear from you soon.
Please keep in mind that execution of a new agreement with the County requires that you have fulfilled your obligations with your current landlord.
