On May 11, 2018 Roads and Airports staff released the preliminary business plan update through the HLUET agenda with a planned review date of May 17th. Due to a busy HLUET calendar and the desire to receive additional input on the Business Plan, the report to HLUET was postponed with a final date of September 17th at 6:00 P.M. being selected. Between the completion of the preliminary business plan and now, staff held 2 stakeholder meetings, one at each airport, where input was received about the preliminary report. A supplemental report was then generated to address many of the concerns mentioned during the additional stakeholder. Both reports will be reviewed by HLUET at their May 17th 6:00 P.M. meeting (http://sccgov.iqm2.com/Citizens/Detail_Meeting.aspx?ID=10666).
